To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Manager (m/f/d) to join us full-time with immediate effect.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and friendliness to both guests and colleagues.

• Communicate effectively within the team and across departments.

• Apply extensive knowledge and skills in beverages, cocktails, and mixology.

• Create and develop seasonal bar menus in collaboration with the Operations Manager.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.

• Train and support bartenders in their professional development.

• Take responsibility for bar inventory, stock management, and beverage supplies.

• Place orders using the Marketman inventory management system.

• Operate the Lightspeed POS system confidently to process and coordinate orders.

• Support the service team with large orders and assist on the floor when needed.

• Provide excellent service directly at the bar.

• Assist colleagues with daily tasks and operational questions.

• Foster a positive and enjoyable working environment within the team.

• Participate in required and offered training sessions and meetings.

• Assume full commercial responsibility for the beverage department.

What You Bring

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager or completed hospitality training (preferred but not essential).

• A genuine passion for high-quality beverages and hospitality.

• A friendly, service-oriented personality with excellent people skills.

• Reliability, teamwork, and flexibility, even in fast-paced situations.

• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• A professional and well-groomed appearance.
