For our new restaurant, we are immediately looking for a dedicated Chef/Junior Chef (m/f/d) in part-time employment who will enrich our kitchen team with passion and creativity.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Kitchen Team:

  Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen.

  Assist in preparing dishes according to recipes and instructions from the head chef, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

• Preparation and Quality of Dishes:

  Prepare dishes following specified recipes and instructions to ensure they meet taste and presentation standards.

  Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly handled.

• Inventory Management and Storage:

  Assist in monitoring inventory levels and support ordering processes.

  Ensure all food items are stored properly to prevent waste and maintain quality.

• Cleanliness and Hygiene:

  Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at your workstation and help clean kitchen equipment and surfaces regularly.

  Adhere to all hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and clean working environment in compliance with HACCP guidelines.

• Teamwork and Support:

  Work effectively as part of the team, supporting colleagues with dish preparation and other kitchen tasks.

  Be willing to assist in other areas of the kitchen when needed, demonstrating flexibility in your role.

What you bring:

• Completed training as a cook or relevant experience in gastronomy
