For our new restaurant, we are immediately looking for a dedicated Kitchen Assistant | Dishwasher (m/f/d) in full-time employment to support us with passion in the daily kitchen work.

Your Responsibilities:

• Teamwork and Communication:

  Maintain a friendly and respectful attitude towards colleagues to promote a positive and professional team atmosphere.

  Actively support colleagues with all tasks and cleaning duties to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

• Dishwashing and Cleaning:

  Operate dishwashing equipment and carefully clean all used plates, pots, pans, containers, and glasses.

  Ensure that all kitchen and restaurant utensils are properly cleaned and ready for the next use.

• Cleanliness and Hygiene:

  Prepare and clean work equipment and surfaces before and after shifts to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment.

  Adhere to hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP guidelines to guarantee food safety.

• Support with Goods Receipt and Storage:

  Assist with receiving goods and storing deliveries to ensure all items are correctly organized in their designated storage areas.

  Help with preparing mise en place and organizing ingredients and utensils for the kitchen.

• Training and Task Execution:

  Participate in training sessions and meetings to expand your knowledge and grow in your role.

  Complete tasks assigned by supervisors to support smooth kitchen operations.
