We are looking for a part-time Bartender (m/f/d) for our new restaurant.

Your Responsibilities:

Hospitality and Team Communication

• Warmly welcoming guests and colleagues with friendliness and respect.

• Promoting a professional and friendly atmosphere for both guests and team members.

• Communicating effectively with colleagues and departments to ensure smooth operations.

Beverage Preparation and Expertise

• Knowledgeable about wines, spirits, and the drink menu.

• Preparing beverages according to recipes and high-quality standards.

• Utilizing advanced mixing skills, including working with espresso machines.

Bar Management and Inventory Control

• Managing bar stock, restocking, and maintaining the bar area.

• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment.

Service and Team Support

• Providing direct service at the bar and handling payments for orders.

• Assisting service staff during large orders to ensure efficient operations.

• Supporting colleagues with tasks to promote positive team dynamics.

Training and Development

• Participating in training sessions to stay updated professionally and continuously learn.

• Actively contributing to a productive work environment.

What you bring:

• Experience as a Barkeeper or a completed apprenticeship in the hospitality industry (advantageous but not mandatory).

• Passion for high-quality beverages.

• Friendly, service-oriented demeanor and enjoyment of interacting with people.

• Reliability, team spirit, and flexibility - even in stressful situations.

• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
