We are currently looking for a Host/Hostess (m/f/d) to join our team in Minijob position.

Your Responsibilities:
Welcoming all guests and employees
Providing hospitality, professionalism, and friendliness to both guests and the team
Communicating within the team and with other departments
Maintaining an overview of the daily reservation schedule and handling spontaneous reservations
Briefing the service team about special occasions such as birthdays, engagements, weddings, etc.
Welcoming, seating guests, handing them over to the service team, and saying goodbye after their stay
Building and maintaining relationships with regular guests and developing a loyal clientele
Handling the reservation system after training
Managing guest complaints regarding waiting times or delays
Supporting colleagues with tasks and inquiries
Fostering a pleasant work environment within the team
Participating in any required or offered training and meetings
Ensuring a pleasant restaurant atmosphere with appropriate lighting and music
