We are currently looking for a Host/Hostess (m/f/d) to join our team in Minijob position.

Your Responsibilities:

• Welcoming all guests and employees

• Providing hospitality, professionalism, and friendliness to both guests and the team

• Communicating within the team and with other departments

• Maintaining an overview of the daily reservation schedule and handling spontaneous reservations

• Briefing the service team about special occasions such as birthdays, engagements, weddings, etc.

• Welcoming, seating guests, handing them over to the service team, and saying goodbye after their stay

• Building and maintaining relationships with regular guests and developing a loyal clientele

• Handling the reservation system after training

• Managing guest complaints regarding waiting times or delays

• Supporting colleagues with tasks and inquiries

• Fostering a pleasant work environment within the team

• Participating in any required or offered training and meetings

• Ensuring a pleasant restaurant atmosphere with appropriate lighting and music
