Your Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the organization and management of the entire kitchen.

• Actively contributing to the creation of seasonal menus and event-specific menus.

• Ensuring the highest quality standards in the preparation and presentation of dishes.

• Leading, motivating, and training the kitchen team.

• Planning and monitoring inventory purchases and cost control.

• Ensuring compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).

• Collaborating with management to further develop our culinary offerings.
