We are looking for a dedicated Pizza Chef (m/f/d) to join our team immediately in a part-time position for one of our renowned and well-established restaurants. We offer you the opportunity to live out your passion for pizza in a professional environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Professional preparation of pizzas: Use traditional and modern techniques to create high-quality pizzas.

• Operation of the pizza oven: Ensure optimal oven temperature and train new colleagues on its use.

• Mise en place: Prepare all ingredients and toppings for the next shift.

• Cleaning and maintenance: Carefully clean kitchen equipment, the pizza oven, and work surfaces before and after shifts.

• Hygiene and quality assurance: Adhere to hygiene regulations according to HACCP guidelines to ensure the highest quality standards.

• Storage and management of ingredients: Properly store and label dough and ingredients with dates and temperature control.

• Teamwork and communication: Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and service staff to coordinate orders efficiently.

• Supporting colleagues: Assist with shared tasks and cleaning duties as needed.

• Further training: Participate in training sessions and meetings for personal development.
