Your Responsibilities:

• Hospitality and Communication:

  Warmly welcoming guests and colleagues, always maintaining friendly eye contact.

  Ensuring a positive, professional, and friendly atmosphere when interacting with guests and within the team.

  Constructive and consistently positive communication within the team and with other departments.

• Service and Guest Care:

  Serving food and beverages of the highest quality.

  Ensuring that guests enjoy an undisturbed and pleasant experience by anticipating and fulfilling their needs early on.

• Order and Cleanliness:

  Responsibility for cleanliness and order in the dining area, including clearing plates, cutlery, and glasses.

  Tidying up, cleaning, and setting tables for the next service.

• Support and Teamwork:

  Supporting colleagues with all tasks and questions to ensure smooth operations.

  Actively contributing to solving challenges within the team and implementing improvements.

• Training and Development:

  Participating in training sessions and meetings to expand professional knowledge and stay up to date.
