We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef (m/f/d) in full-time position to lead our kitchen team with professionalism and inspire our guests with exceptional culinary creations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deputy responsibility for all kitchen operations

  • Application of professional techniques and training of new chefs

  • Preparation and plating of dishes according to recipes

  • Preparation and cleaning of equipment and workstations (mise en place)

  • Compliance with hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP standards

  • Deputy instruction in occupational health and safety matters

  • Proper storage and cooling of food, including labeling and temperature control

  • Coordination with the kitchen team and service staff

  • Efficient processing of orders exclusively via printed tickets

  • Reporting defective kitchen equipment and refrigeration units to management

  • Ordering goods via Marketman and monitoring inventory and food cost

  • Support in staff scheduling according to guidelines

  • Assistance with team tasks and cleaning duties

  • Monitoring of personnel costs and food cost

What you bring:
